Three Galway Rapparrees represent Connacht

They battled hard and they battled well, but unfortunately our Connacht panel came up just short in a very tough game against Leinster.

Connacht GAA Rounders would like to thank everyone who played their part, not just those that travelled today, but all the others that came to the sessions before hand.

To Goretti, for stepping up as coach and Avril, for captaining the team today. All are a credit to Rounders in the province.

Also, a word of thanks to the volunteers of GAA Rounders who give up their spare time constantly to enable days like today to happen.

It’s great to have events in the calendar that pull clubs together, so long may this fixture continue.

We can’t wait to be involved in this event next year and maybe, just maybe go at least one better.
